Goals: Create content to explain and showcase the platform, Boost blog engagement, Manage and grow the blog
StyldLife is an online platform that offers one-on-one lessons and consultations with makeup, fashion, and hairstylists. The platform is currently growing its stylist selection, as well as its customer base.
To boost overall engagement, I created the company’s seasonal newsletters. The goal was to engage with an already established base of supporters and move that engagement to the blog. The click-to-open rate for each newsletter has been over 80%.
I created a “How to” video walking customers, step-by-step, through the appointment process. The video explains details of each step leading to the final booking.
To increase blog engagement, we worked to produce a comprehensive content creation calendar to incorporate different stylists into the blog pieces. The goal was to get more involvement between bloggers and stylists to design more interactive content – which would lead to organic engagement across StyldLife’s social media channels. I planned content, edited and coordinated visuals for each blog piece.
For each published blog, we created a social media strategy to cross-promote, and engage with customers across all social media channels.
