Goals: Audit and create social media strategy and content calendar to increase Instagram engagement

BAS Media is an up and coming social media agency that brought me on as a social media specialist. My role was to audit social media channels for clients, create a social media strategy and implement all changes.

For many, I also created a content calendar and communicated best practices for each social media channel including Facebook, Instagram (reels & stories), Twitter, and LinkedIn. My time with BAS Media was highly successful with reaching our engagement goals and setting brands up with the tools they need to upgrade their social media presence.

Below are examples from the client ITSO Vegan, a Texas vegan restaurant. The goal was to revamp the company’s Instagram presence. I created a brand collateral list to help them curate a list of images and videos for the BAS Media agency to use as social media posts and promotional images.

After implementing the plan, their engagement was multiplied by three, they gained thousands of new followers, and overall sales increased.
